My career has taken me from the boardrooms of Fortune 500s to the heart of startups, leading large-scale digital transformations, launching global delivery centres, and driving business growth across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Whether it’s strategizing billion-dollar IT turnarounds or designing cloud-first infrastructure, I thrive on connecting vision with execution.

At Vyntra, I get to do what I love the most - mentor emerging leaders, build future-ready businesses, and push boundaries with innovation-led thinking. Oh, and when I’m not immersed in strategy sessions or exploring the next big tech trend, you’ll probably find me binge-watching a great movie or geeking out over the latest gadgets.

Hey, I’m Asheesh - mentor, coach, problem-solver, and a firm believer that innovation starts with people and purpose.

Having spent years across IT, ITeS, and KPO industries, I’ve built and scaled global operations in healthcare, travel, and tech. From launching offshore delivery centres to driving business transformations and navigating high-stakes M&As, I’ve pretty much seen it all, and loved every bit of it. As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE, I like my processes lean, my strategies sharp, and my teams empowered.

What keeps me going? Challenges. People. Possibility. I thrive on building cross-functional, multicultural teams, creating systems that scale, and mentoring leaders who love to lead.

When I’m not busy architecting change at VyntraPro, you’ll probably find me somewhere off the grid - hiking, diving, cycling, or capturing the outdoors through my lens. As a certified mountaineer, scuba diver, and wilderness first responder, the wild is my second home.

Happy-go-lucky? Absolutely. But when it’s time to deliver, I’m all in.

My coaching style is calm, focused, and grounded in real-life application, helping individuals not just improve, but evolve.

Outside work, I’m happiest on the road (preferably toward the sea), or spending quiet moments with family and friends. When I need to recharge, I turn to the Bhagavad Gita or Srimad Bhagavatam - their wisdom is timeless and energizing. Add some devotional music, and that’s my idea of true rejuvenation.

My journey's been anything but boring - from dabbling in finance, managing accounts and inventory in construction, creating reports and presentations for sell side M&A, to leading teams and tech projects in banking and capital markets, even managing dubbing artists for Amazon and Netflix (yes, really!).
