Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to access and use the Platform independently.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian, and such parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
• Children below 13 years of age (or such higher age as may be prescribed under applicable Indian law) are not permitted to use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet the above eligibility requirements and are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. License to Use

Vyntra Verse grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes.

No part of the Platform or its materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, or exploited commercially without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, curriculum, videos, graphics, logos, software, and databases, is owned by or licensed to Vyntra Verse and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

Access to the Platform does not grant users any ownership or proprietary rights in such content.

4. Prohibited Use

Users shall not:

• Impersonate another individual or misrepresent their identity or affiliation.
• Attempt unauthorised access to systems, data, or networks connected to the Platform.
• Engage in activities that violate the Information Technology Act, 2000, including hacking, data theft, or introducing malicious code.
• Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

Violation: May result in suspension or termination of access and legal action where applicable.

5. Modification of Terms

Vyntra Verse reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general informational and educational purposes.

While reasonable care is taken, Vyntra Verse does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted under Indian law, Vyntra Verse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city.
